Dental Crowns
Restore, Reinforce, and Reimagine Your Smile
Dental casting is like putting a tough helmet on a weak, cracked, or heavily restored tooth to preserve structure and function while trying to restore the natural appearance of the tooth. At Summit Village Dental, we create custom-made crowns that are strong, aesthetically pleasing, and durable.
Protection, bite, and confidence for the damaged.
What Is a Dental Crown?
Crowns are custom-made caps placed completely over damaged or weakened teeth. It restores the tooth by giving it the shape, size, strength, and appearance, and simultaneously prevents further decay or breakage. Crowns are widely recommended for cases when:
- Teeth are broken or worn-down badly
- Protection is needed post-root canal treatment
- Large fillings leave only a thin layer of tooth left
- Misshapen or discolored teeth
Types of Dental Crowns We Offer
At Summit Village Dental, we provide crowns made from top-grade materials:
1. Zirconia Crowns
- These crowns are very strong and have the most natural appearance.
- They are best suited for back teeth, especially in high-bite pressure areas.

2. All-Ceramic Crowns
- They are the most aesthetic and preferred for front teeth.
- Free of metal and biocompatible
3. PFM Crowns
- Inexpensive and dependable
- Porcelain slightly less translucent than all-ceramic
4. Metal Crowns (Gold/Alloy)
- Extremely durable
